Proper collar fit is essential - it should be snug yet loose enough to fit one finger between the strap and your pet's neck. Use the provided conductive silicone set to protect your dog's skin without compromising the shock function. Avoid leaving the collar on for more than 18 hours per day and reposition it every 1-2 hours if possible.

We recommend using the shock function only in emergencies, starting at the lowest level and gradually increasing as needed. If the collar is too long, you can easily cut off the excess portion and melt the burr edge with a lighter. For dogs with thick neck fur, use the longer screw caps provided.

The wireless fence mode offers adjustable range options from 100 to 990 feet. If your yard is not large enough, this product may not be suitable. The receiver collar will emit warning tones and shocks if your dog ventures out of the set range, until they return within the boundaries.

The remote control features a 2.5-inch diagonal screen and comes with a 3.7V/2500mAh lithium battery that charges in 4-5 hours and lasts up to 20 hours. The receiver collar has a 400mAh 3.7V lithium battery that charges in 2-3 hours and can be used for 500 cycles.

This system is designed for dogs 6 months and older, with neck circumferences under 23.8 inches and weights between 15-120 lbs. The remote control's reflective coating helps locate your dog at night and prevent traffic accidents.

One transmitter can control up to 3 receiver collars simultaneously. The wireless fence technology uses advanced 2.4GHz frequency for a stable, accurate signal. No manual pairing is required - the collars connect automatically after powering on.
